Pricing for tracking & chip timing

Pricing

We charge a base fee to set up the tracking event and mapping, and a per tracker hire fee. All prices include GST. For an overview of Track Me Live services head to the home page.

Tracking / Mapping

  • The base setup of event mapping is $550 inc GST. Your event map has a unique URL and can be customised to display your course, checkpoints, your Facebook / Twitter feeds, team photos, live streams and sponsor logos.

  • Single-day event (<8hrs) $22 inc GST per tracker.

  • Events lasting longer than 8hrs, going overnight or over a two-day weekend, then an additional + $6 per tracker (i.e. $28 inc GST in total per tracker for up to two days).

  • Additional days +$6 per tracker (eg three-day events $34 in total per tracker, four-day events $40 in total per tracker etc inc GST)

  • Additional maps are available (ie you want a separate map for your logistics/ safety staff) $220 inc GST per extra map.

  • Plus postage is charged at the cost price. 

  • Example pricing for a 100km trail run that goes over a weekend with 100 people:

  • Base Fee $550
    Hire Fee $2,800 ($28 x 100)
    Postage $44 (at cost)

  • Total $3,394 inc GST

Timing / Online Leaderboard 

If you would like to add event timing and a results page to your live tracking event:  

  • $330 inc GST base setup fee and including live leaderboard and results page with remote support from TML staff.

  • $2.20 per event per tracker including geofence timing of intermediate checkpoints, and barcode scanning at the finish line by your event staff. Additional $3.30 per day for multiday events.

  • $3.30 per event per tracker if you would like to add an active RFID chip attached to the tracker.  Allows automatic finish times to be taken.  Includes unlimited geofence timing points of intermediate checkpoints.

  • Results are posted live as they happen.

Example pricing for the above event with 100 people with TRACKING + CHIP TIMING

  • Tracking Fee $3,394 (as per the previous example)
    Base Fee Timing Set Up $330
    Chip Timing at the finish and geofence timing on course $330 ($3.30 x 100)

  • Total $4,054 inc GST

Stand Alone Event Timing (no trackers hired)

If you are not hiring GPS trackers, Track Me Live can still offer stand-alone timing and results services to your event with barcode scanning or ACTIVE RFID chips:

  • $550 inc GST base setup fee and including live results page with remote support from TML staff.

  • $4.40 per event per person (or team) including barcode scanning at the finish line by your event staff.

  • $5.50 per event per person (or team) with an active RFID chip (using ankle/wrist band or bicycle strap). Allows automatic finish times to be taken.  For additional chip timing points on the course add +$110 per location.

  • Postage at cost

Example pricing for an event with 100 people that goes for 1 day with chip timing at finish

  • Base Fee Timing Set Up $550
    Chip Timing at finish $750 ($5.50 x 100)

  • Total $1,100 inc GST + postage

All prices include GST and are for use inside Australia.

TML currently has up to 1,000+ trackers available for hire. If you require more please contact us as we are able to bring in more from our partners overseas.

We can still track your event if you are located outside Australia as our trackers can roam internationally. As a guide, you would need to add $10 per tracker and additional postage to the above prices.

You are liable for the replacement costs of any lost or broken trackers. $330 inc GST per unit.
